The member of the Civil Contract Faction Shirak Torosyan has informed that the training processes for teachers are held in Georgia, and the teachers who have overcome the qualifying exam of the training are paid much higher than those who have not passed the exams, however, according to him, training and qualifying exams of teachers of the Armenian language and literature have not been organized because of the absence of exam tests. The deputy has noted that the issue is in the center of attention of the Ministries regulating the fields of education and science of Armenia and Georgia. Shirak Torosyan inquired from the RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport whether the above-mentioned tests were already ready, and whether they were provided to the Georgian side.
